    Mac OS 10.5 transparent menu bar rule is not followed by Aperture. How come Aperture gets to have all the fun?

    However, Mac OS 10.5’s transparent menu bar rule is not followed by Aperture.  How come Aperture gets to have all the fun? 

    Sometimes I fire-up Aperture to visit with the menu, as it should be. I say, “Hi, Opaque Menu Bar. Hanging in there?”
